On October 28, 2023, at the Wiener Konzerthaus Michael Spyres sings the tenor soloist part in Giuseppe Verdi’s “Messa da Requiem” with the Orchester der Volksoper / Chor der Volksoper Wien led by Omer Meir Wellber, sharing the stage with soprano Ewa Płonka, mezzo-soprano Ekaterina Semenchuk and bass Ferruccio Furlanetto.
