Katarina Bradić in the world premiere of Hèctor’s Parra’s “Justice” at the Grand Théâtre de Genève

Third world premiere in a row for Katarina Bradić, who, after creating the roles of Cassandra in Bernard Foccroulle’s homonymous opera at La Monnaie Brussels in September 2023, and Lady Macbeth in Pascal Dusapin’s “Macbeth Underworld” at the Opéra Comique in Paris in November, on January 22, 2024, will sing the part of Chauffard in Hèctor’s Parra’s first ever production of “Justice” at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, in a Milo Rau staging and under the musical direction of Titus Engel. She will sing alongside Peter Tantsits (Le Directeur), Idunnu Münch (Femme du Directeur), Willard White (Prêtre), Simon Shibambu (Jeune Prêtre), Serge Kakudji (Garçon), Lauren Michelle (Voix), Axelle Fanyo (Mère), Fiston Mwanza Mujila (Librettiste). There will be three additional performances on January 24, 26 and 28.
