KANGMIN JUSTIN KIM | HANSEL AND GRETEL | ADELAIDE

Kangmin Justin Kim makes his Australian debut this evening as Hansel in State Opera South Australia’s new production of Hansel and Gretel at Her Majesty’s Theatre in Adelaide.

Kangmin Justin Kim has both Hansel and the Witch in his repertoire. His performance as Hansel at The Dallas Opera earned him the company’s Maria Callas Debut Artist of the Year Award.

Directed by Constantine Costi and conducted by Dane Lam, the production also stars Sofia Troncoso as Gretel and Catherine Carby as the Witch/Mother, with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.

Other performances will follow on August 21, 25, 27 and 29.
