Juan Sancho as Pompeo in “Farnace” in Geneva and Paris

Fresh from his acclaimed performances in Madrid, Juan Sancho returns to the role of Pompeo in Antonio Vivaldi’s Farnace. He will appear in a semi-staged production conceived by Mathilde Etienne, with Emiliano Gonzáles Toro conducting the period ensemble I Gemelli.
The production will be presented in two prestigious venues: the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris and the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in Geneva, on October 8 and 12, respectively, offering audiences the chance to experience Vivaldi’s rarely heard masterpiece in a vivid, historically informed interpretation.
