Beth Taylor sings Bach’s Mass in B minor with the Berliner Philharmoniker

On December 18, 2025, Beth Taylor performs the alto solo in Johann Sebastian Bach’s Mass in B minor with the Berliner Philharmoniker under the direction of Raphaël Pichon. She joins a distinguished cast that includes soprano Nikola Hillebrand, mezzo-soprano Xenia Puskarz Thomas, tenor Emiliano Gonzalez, baritone Huw Montague Rendall, and bass Christian Immler.
The Glaswegian mezzo-soprano earlier this year appeared with the Berliner Philharmoniker in Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony at the Baden-Baden Festival, and she will return to sing with this illustrious orchestra in Mahler’s Eighth Symphony next month.
